Terms and Conditions

 

 

Campaign Period


1. The Campaign is valid from 1 March until 31 August 2019, both dates are inclusive (“Campaign Period”).

 

 

 

Eligibility


2. This Promotion is open to all PB Credit Card/-i and PB Debit/Lifestyle Cardmembers (“Eligible Cardmembers”).

 

 

 

Participation Criteria


3. To participate in this Campaign, Eligible Cardmembers are required to register his/ her participation via a ONE (1) time Short Message Service (SMS) during the Campaign Period and send to 66300 in the following manner :-

    Key in PBTR<space>16-digit Credit / Debit Card number and send to 66300 (e.g. PBTR 4553123412341234)

 

 

4. Cardmember with multiple cards is required to register only one card number and thereafter, the amounts charged on all other cards shall be automatically tracked for the purpose of tabulation of the Qualifying Retails Transactions.

 

 

5. Cardmember is responsible to ensure that the SMS details are complete, accurate and sent during the Campaign Period. Proof of SMS sent does not constitute a confirmation of receipt by the Bank.

 

 

6. Cardmember who successfully registers for the Campaign will receive a SMS confirmation from the Bank. The standard normal telco operator charges apply for each SMS registration and shall be fully borne by the Eligible Cardmember.

 

 

7. In the event the SMS is incomplete / invalid, an outgoing SMS will be sent to the Cardmember, at no cost, to inform him / her to re-register via SMS.

 

 

8. The Bank will not be held responsible and reserves the absolute discretion to disqualify any registration from duplicate entries, incomplete / inaccurate SMS, late entries, error message, unsuccessful registration due to network failure and / or interruption experienced by a Telco Operator or for any reason whatsoever as the Bank may in its absolute discretion deem fit.

 

 

9. If the date and time of a successful SMS registration or transaction date and time captured in the Bank’s system differs or a dispute arises as to when the registration took place, the Bank’s system date and time shall prevail.

 

 

10. After the successful SMS registration, the Eligible Cardmembers is required to use any of his / her Cards in the following manner to qualify for the pbbemall e-voucher under this Campaign.

11. The Eligible Cardmember must spend a minimum RM3,000 in a single receipt at any travel agencies and any amount overseas retail transaction to qualify for the RM100 pbbemall e-voucher.

12. The Bank had allocated a total of RM10,000 pbbemall e-voucher throughout the Campaign Period.

 

 

13. Each Eligible Cardmember is entitled to 1 (ONE) RM100 pbbemall e-voucher based on first-come, first-served basis, throughout Campaign Period.

Note :-

“Qualified Retail Transactions” shall include all international retail transaction and excludes the transactions that earn Cash Back / Cash Rebate under other on-going Cash Back / Cash Rebate Campaign, auto-debit, recurring payments, payments for utilities, direct marketing, insurance premiums, government related payments, payment via www.pbebank.com and ATM, cash advance/ cash withdrawal, quasi cash, casino transaction, interest payments, annual fees, reversals, payment to charity(ies), any form of service/miscellaneous fees and online transactions.

For example :-

 

An Eligible Cardmember successfully registered via SMS on Month 1 of the Campaign Period will have his / her Qualifying Travel Agency and Overseas Retail Transaction being tracked for the Month 1, and thereafter till the end of the Campaign Period.

 

 

14. RM100 pbbemall e-voucher will be delivered to the Eligible Cardmember’s via SMS within FOUR (4) to EIGHT(8) weeks after the end of each subsequent month and upon fulfilment of all terms and conditions listed.

 

 

15. The RM100 pbbemall e-voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.

 

 

16. The RM100 pbbemall e-voucher is applicable to products in www.pbbemall.com

 

 

17. The RM100 pbbemall e-voucher is valid for one time use only and cannot be combined with other e-voucher.

 

 

18. RM100 pbbemall e-voucher is non-transferable to any 3rd party and is non-exchangeable or refundable for up-front cash or kind.

 

 

19. All payments must be charged to their PB Credit Card /-i and PB Debit/Lifestyle Card.

 

 

20. If there is any dispute or non-receipt of the e-voucher, the Eligible Cardmember is required to contact PB Card Customer Service (03-2176 8000) by 30 November 2019.

 

 

 

 

General Terms and Conditions


1. By participating in this Promotion, the PB Cardmembers shall be deemed to have read, understood and agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions stated herein. The Bank’s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final, binding and conclusive. No correspondence, disputes and appeals will be entertained. The Bank further reserves the exclusive right to change, amend, delete or add on to these Terms and Conditions from time to time with at least twenty one (21) days prior notice which notice will be placed at www.pbebank.com website.

 

 

2. The Bank makes no representation or warranties and accepts no liability or responsibility relating to the offer or the quality and suitability for use or the benefits or of any item(s) purchase during the Promotion Period.

 

 

3. The Bank’s prevailing Terms and Conditions governing the use of the PB Credit Card/-i and PB Debit/Lifestyle Card shall continue to apply in addition to the Terms and Conditions herein.
